We work with fixed routing days in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you want your order to be delivered on day 3, you must place your order on day 1 before 5 pm.
Example: for Wednesday’s routing day, Monday 17.00 hours is the latest order time.
Preferred times and rush orders are always discussed with our colleagues. Together we often find a good solution.
We determine the shipping costs on the basis of order value and destination. Above a certain order value, we do not charge for this. You can request the current rate from our Customer Service Team.
No, we use a unique order number in combination with the desired delivery address. Of course, you can place several orders with different delivery addresses.
For changes and additions, the same deadline applies as for placing an order. If delivery is scheduled for day 3, changes and additions can be made on day 1 until 5 pm.
You can change the desired delivery time until the day before delivery, before 5pm. In consultation, we will gladly plan another routing day, preferred time or make a rush order with you.
Yes, you can do so at order@in2food.nl. We need the following details here: your customer number, order number, postcode and desired delivery date.
You must register the empty packaging with our Customer Service department in advance using the online registration form:
www.in2food.co.uk/emptypackaging.
You then prepare the return order.
The registered packaging is stacked and sealed on a Europallet with cap and sleeve.
