In2Food, part of Synerlogic, joins family business the STOCKMEIER Group
We are pleased to announce that Synerlogic, which In2Food is part of, will become part of the STOCKMEIER Group. The German family business, headquartered in Bielefeld, will acquire our company’s shares after approval from the relevant authorities. This acquisition allows us to further strengthen our position as a chemical producer and distributor and total supplier in the food industry. We look forward to a successful collaboration within the STOCKMEIER Group.
