To support this, we are introducing the Safe Working Information Card for our SynQ range. This card provides direct insight into risks and safety measures and not only helps customers to comply with safety regulations, but also to promote a responsible work culture in which quality and safety go hand in hand.

A Safe Working Information Card provides concise and accessible information about the safe handling of chemical products. It is a visual and practical card, specifically aimed at the daily use of a product. The card contains the following elements:
- Hazard pictograms and recommendations
Think of the signal word for CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) and the UFI. The UFI code (Unique Formula Identifier) ​​enables the National Poisons Information Centre (NVIC) and other emergency services to respond quickly and effectively in the event of an emergency, such as poisoning or accidental exposure. The UFI code is also stated on the product label. In addition, the hazard statements (H) and the safety recommendations (P) are also stated. - Personal protective equipment

Why an Information Card Safe Working
In a dynamic production environment, an Information Card Safe Working VIK is an indispensable tool. It offers employees quick insight into how best to prevent injuries in the event of incidents. The advantages are:

Is a Safe Working Information Card the same as a Safety Instruction Card (VIK)?
No, these are two different documents. A Safety Instruction Card, or VIK for short, is a written instruction card that informs the user about the safe and correct use of a work or protective equipment tailored to the specific work situation. The VIK describes the safety regulations, the personal protective equipment (PPE) to be worn, regulations regarding maintenance, inspection and repair.
A Safety Instruction Card states specific requirements for a specific work situation to guarantee the safety of employees and can therefore only be drawn up by the employer himself.
Information card Safe Working versus Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
Where the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) contains extensive technical information for safety officers, the card translates this into practical instructions for daily use and is actually a summary of the SDS. Both documents complement each other and together contribute to a safe working environment.
