Measures in connection with the Corona (COVID 19) virus
In these extraordinary times, we would like to inform you about how we work and what measures we have taken to keep our services up to standard. So that we can continue to provide you with the crucial ingredients and chemicals you need for your business operations.
Our first priority is the health and safety of all employees, their families and partners. We are closely following the developments and determining every day whether the measures we have taken are enough, and we adjust them where necessary. At the same time, we have the necessary protocols in place for various scenarios that may arise. Naturally, we follow the guidelines of the Dutch government, the RIVM and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
What does this mean in practice?
- We take all the responsible steps needed to provide you with the best possible service so that your business operations can continue.
- We proactively monitor our supply chain and communicate intensively with transporters and suppliers to maintain our stocks of raw materials and end products. Where necessary, we provide alternative solutions or increase our stocks.
- We monitor the impact and duration of local government decisions concerning Corona in the countries which may affect your and our business operations.
- Our employees who are able to work from home do so, unless there is a valid reason to be present in person. For all employees for whom this is not possible, we have tightened safety and hygiene instructions and put in place the facilities needed to do so.
- This also applies to visitors to our locations. In-person appointments have been rescheduled or are now being held digitally. Our external drivers are made aware of our adjusted measures and are requested to comply with them.
- Synerlogic closely follows the developments surrounding the spread of the Corona (COVID19) virus. As a vital company, it is our priority to keep employees, their families and partners healthy and safe, to continue to provide reliable services to our customers and to guarantee continuity.
As long as the situation lasts
We hope that the world will be able to quickly curb this virus and that we will soon be able to resume our normal lives. Until then, we will do everything in our power to prevent the further spread of the virus. We empathise with all patients and their loved ones, but also with all those who are economically or otherwise adversely affected by this virus.
