In2Food and ZUCO join forces for clean and safe dairy production
Our collaboration with Dairy Cooperative ZUCO focuses on strengthening farm dairy farmers through knowledge sharing and customized support. As a partner, we contribute in the field of ingredients, chemical agents and hygiene. Together, we develop an extensive support package that helps farm dairy farmers optimize their production processes. In addition, we offer customized advice on designing hygiene and quality packages, with which we contribute to safe, efficient and high-quality dairy production.
About ZUCO
Dairy cooperative ZUCO U.A., ZUCO for short, is a cooperative that supports entrepreneurs in the dairy chain in developing small-scale dairy initiatives. The goal is to strengthen the connection between farmer and citizen and to increase the visibility of locally and environmentally consciously produced dairy products.
The cooperative offers extensive services to its members, including guidance in product development, quality assurance, marketing and negotiating with chain partners. In addition, ZUCO organizes knowledge sessions and expert discussions to promote knowledge sharing and innovation within the sector.
Online knowledge session: farm dairy products and raw milk
The new legislation on farm dairy products, especially for raw milk, offers new opportunities for farm dairy farmers and consumers. This topic raises many questions. In this knowledge session, experts share insights on the health benefits of farm dairy products, including raw milk products, the impact of minimal processing, the new regulations and practical applications for production and sales. In this session, knowledge, innovation and regulations come together to form a picture of the future of farm dairy and raw milk products in particular.
